My comments about Mastering the Management System

The companies are always concern with long-term strategic priorities. To success the companies in their stability was to right strategic direction and to overcome all critical problems in a one company. The Kaplan, of Harvard Business School and Norton, founder and director of the Palladium Group, was explain how to effectively manage both strategy and operations in a close-loop management system. They start in strategy development, which springs from a company’s mission, vision, and value statement, they analyze it how the company begin to their goals and what can they done too. They analyze of its strengths, weakness, and competitive environment, as to their balance the capacity of the company were the strengths was good or the weaknesses on it was visible and more, and to their competent company were they lead or not, the opportunity was on their competent company. As to their first strategy the manager were translate the strategy into objectives and initiative with strategy map, were they organize objectives by themes and balance scorecards, which link objectives to performance metrics. The three stages they make was accomplish the objectives and initiatives that include target process improvements and preparing sales, resource, and capacity plans and dynamic budgets, that was to prepare all they need and the company need was thoroughly done and work together. The manager was planning an action, monitoring for the effectiveness but they review operational, environmental, and competitive data, assess progress, and identify barriers to execution. But in their final stage, they test the strategy, analyzing cost, profitability, and correlations between strategy and performance, their underlying assumptions appear faulty, they update the strategy and begin another analization loop. The authors who analyzing the strategy were present not only a comprehensive blueprint for successful strategy execution but also a managerial tool kit with illustrated and examples from HSBC rail, Cigna Property and Casualty, and Store 24. The kit incorporates leading management experts' fit into the management cycle, as they did in analyzing the strategy operation in a company, were they made the realistic strategy to meet the problems and barriers of the company.
