My Comment about 'A Carrer in Hotel and restaurant Management Might Be for you'

A carrer in hotel and restaurant management might be for you, is how a person who have responsible to done all the work of duties and responsibilities like a hotel and restaurant manager, for me being a manager was have a big responsibilities, although I am a student and taking up hotel and restaurant management, I know how it difficult, I learned from my past and present subjects that relates to the hotel and restaurant management was, you must active, hospitable, friendly, well-oriented, good gesture, well-communicated, hardworking and etc. to suitable you and this industry. From the bottom to up of the role of the employees of the hotel and restaurant, you must be patient and when entertaining guest/clients, you serve them and accommodate them to attain the self satisfaction of the guest/clients. As a manager, you are the one who have a big role like a father in a house, you must make a decision to your follow employees to take good their duties and responsiblities, you assigned them at their respected area that you given to them to avoid the chaos of the certain derpartment or area. You, as a manager must take good care the guest/clients give them what they want according to their needs.

In food service, you must assure it that is in proper container/rack, it must be clean, safety and eye-sight good looking to the costumer and assure too that the food are smelly good, delicious and healthy. You are the one who giving advices and changes all the non-frofitable items in hotel or restaurants, and descovered new dishes that must be click and sellable to the costumers. You are responsible for hiring, recruiting, selecting, and evaluating employees in kitchen and serving staff for avoiding shortage of employees and to accomodate well the costumers. You will give them a well-oriented and propoer entertaining to a costumer for the good services in hotel and restaurant industry.

A hotel and restaurant management is a big and difficult to study to success the business in terms of managing. You must be interested and love the worked to easily manage the business but it be good and great that you are studying in field of hotel and restaurant management for blooming and progress the business. You must know all the functions and rules of the management, from doing a decision you are be able to ready, wise and well-thinking. A progress hotel and restaurant is a profitable, this industry is a common but good selling services and items products, in every hospitable way, you as a person must have a hospitable attitude, so that you are not difficulty to adjust some realistic happens in hotel or restaurant.

In this field, being hospitable, good leader, resposible person are must and you must be following in the right rules of the management in hotel and restaurant. As a manager, you are able to learned more by from succeeding and making foundation/charities to help others unfortunte people by giving grace them as a change of blessings, as a whole of this, a big factor that be awaitning for you is a carrer in hotel and restaurant.

My comments about Mastering the Management System

The companies are always concern with long-term strategic priorities. To success the companies in their stability was to right strategic direction and to overcome all critical problems in a one company. The manager was planning an action, monitoring for the effectiveness but they review operational, environmental, and competitive data, assess progress, and identify barriers to execution. But in their final stage, they test the strategy, analyzing cost, profitability, and correlations between strategy and performance, their underlying assumptions appear faulty, they update the strategy and begin another analization loop.
